  • Prior to BCV, Chip served as Executive Vice President and the Global Head of Public Affairs at 21st Century Fox.  At 21CF, Chip oversaw non-market risk and reputation for the company and led the company’s public affairs, government relations, and advocacy functions worldwide.

Chip began his career in government and politics as a legislative aide in the United States Senate, and ultimately as an EVP at Shrum, Devine & Donilon, a political media and public relations consulting firm. At SDD, he helped conceive, produce, and place media in nine winning US Senate campaigns and seven winning congressional campaigns.
